Cancellations and No-Shows

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. If you fail to arrive and have not given sufficient notice, 50% of the full treatment fee will be charged of the full treatment cost.

Repeat Offenders

If you consistently cancel with less than 24 hours, or do not show up for your appointment, after the third occasion, you’ll be asked to pay for your appointment in full and upfront at the time of booking. Should you fail to arrive or give sufficient notice you will forfeit the full amount.

Late Arrivals

We will always make every effort to accommodate late arrivals, but this may not always be possible if it causes inconvenience to other clients. In these cases, we will treat late arrivals as cancellations without notice and they will therefore be subject to the same penalties. We recommend you arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment time.

Deposits

A 50% deposit will be taken at the time of making an appointment online or by phone. Cancellations can be made (9am until 7pm Monday to Friday, 9am until 4pm on Saturday) Out of hours messages will not be accepted.

Refunds

All treatments are optional, and by agreeing to treatments, clients accept responsibility for their choices and understand any potential side effects. Refunds will not be provided for adverse reactions if treatments have been performed in good faith. If a client fails to follow aftercare instructions and this affects the treatment outcome, a refund will not be issued.

Arrival time

We kindly ask that all clients arrive 5 minutes prior to their appointment. Lateness may result in your appointment being rescheduled.

Gift Vouchers

Bodilight gift vouchers cannot be redeemed online but can be used for products and services in-store. Clients are advised to treat gift vouchers as cash; if lost, they cannot be replaced. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded. Vouchers are valid for the period specified on the card, typically 6 months from the date of issue. The responsibility for using the gift voucher before its expiry lies with the recipient. No reminders will be sent regarding expiry. Any remaining balance after the expiry date will be cancelled.

Treatment courses/packages

Many of our treatment are sold in discounted packages and must be paid for in full at the time of purchase. All treatment packages must be taken within 18 months of the date of purchase; any treatments left untaken after this period will be forfeited. Treatment packages are non-refundable and non-part refundable, except for medical reasons or extreme circumstances at the discretion of the clinic.

Right to refuse entry

Bodilight reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone exhibiting aggressive behaviour, gross misconduct, or threatening behaviour. We also reserve the right to decline treatment if we feel it is unsuitable for the client
